Who Are We?

We are a bible based, Christ-centered, family oriented, non-denominational, evangelical church for enabling believers to worship the Lord in the beauty of Holiness (I Chronicles 16:29 & Psalm 29:2), to experience the Joy that is promised to his people in the scriptures (John 15:11 & John 16:24) and to spread the gospel for the glory of God and for the blessing of his people (Acts 1:8 & Mathew 28:18-20). Come and experience our unique worship service that is founded based on the four New Testament church principles: Apostle’s Doctrine, Fellowship, Breaking of bread (Communion), and Prayer
(Acts:2:42).

Bethel House of Worship is an assembly (church) that exists to promote the following among the believers.

1. Individual Worship
John 4:23-24 – But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship Him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Psalm 22:22 – I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
Psalm 35:18 – I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

2. Intercessory Prayer
I Thessalonian 5:17 – Pray without ceasing.
Acts 2:42 – And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

3. Intimate Fellowship
Acts 2:42 – And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.
I John 1:3 – That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

4. Imitating Christ
I Corinthians 11:1 – Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
Ephesians 5:1- 2 – Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savour.

5. Investing in Others
Mathew 10:8 – freely ye have received, freely give.
Mathew 20:28 – Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
II Corinthians 9:6 – But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
